nice location in the City Centre Street it is totally in between of all the markets and it is very near to the train Street however the rooms and the whole building was a bit compact.

Nyc hotel well furnished fridge almirah chair desk table lamp bathroom so well equiped all mideran facility room better connecting to all tourist attraction near staff behaviour so nice specially maria good girl breakfast buffet so delicious recommend to alltoutist book thos hotel

The receptionist denied the deluxe room that was booked by me . Finally gave an upgraded room but asked to change the next day . All this happened at 1 am when I had already informed about my late check in. Very pathetic behaviour towards my parents and my child at that late hour.

Very good place. center of the city. I took a room without window, gets humid and suffocating sometimes. All buildings here are compact like that. Good for the price. Room could have been slightly bigger.

The hotel was clean and reception was friendly. Location is excellent in downtown area. Unfortunately the rooms were very small in size and tv was not working. Similarly ac was old. Breakfast was ok but dining hall was too small.

We stayed just one night there in the hotel. Lift was not working many times and we have taken steps most of the time. The room was very small and the bathroom was pathetic . No privacy between room n bathrooms. Very bad smell from the bathroom. When I took a shower full water was stuck there in the bathroom. We requested to change the room but no response. Worst experience ever in our life

I stayed in room no 304, which faces the road. Big enough for three people with extra bed. Located close to indian restaurants, mosque, railway station and train crossing road

The hotel is really nice and so the staff of the hotel. We reached at 11 pm still we were greeted so nicely by the staff with welcome drink. They also upgraded our room at free of cost. If any one doesn't have high budget and want to stay in active streets of hanoi then this is the correct choice. Train street is hardly 10 mins walking from the hotel.

It is an average lodging hotel only. Average rooms. It has been falsely mentioned that the hotel has fooding and restaurant facilities with discount on food and beverages. For information of all, there is only complimentary breakfast available. That is all. If you are budget friendly and only coming to your hotel room for night sleep and sight seeing whole day, only then you shud book this hotel. But yes to mention about reception staff hannah, who is remarkable. U can visit the hotel for her warm hospitality. Thank you.

My moon is located ideally in city centre. There were street foods if you want to experience everyday vietnamese food, and upmarket pubs and restaurants including one serving south indian veg! the staff were super friendly. Room was very cozy n clean, although it could have been a been more spacious

The hotel is located at a convenient place. Just walking distance from the hanoi train street and also from the night market. We had booked 2 family rooms with 3 occupancy each, and the rooms were spacious. However, one of the rooms didn't have the kind of bathroom that you would typically expect. It didn't have a door to the bathroom, but rather a transparent sliding door with a curtain to cover it while you're doing your business. The food was good, however, they close their breakfast early at 9, which could be a deal breaker for some. A big shoutout to hannah, as she helped us a lot with some of our bookings and also extended the breakfast timings on one of the days.

Staff is very very good and helpful, very supportive. Specifically hannah, she is always ready to help also help us to arrange tour packages.

We good hotel service excellent, staff help to arrange pickup, drop, and site seeing arrangements, helpful for guiding money exchange. Hotel located in central places nearby, rooms are clean good size. Overall excellent staying experience
