Due to our flight at midnight we were forced to a night check in on 15. 01. 25 and the behavior of the staff in the reception was rude and inhospitable. We even got a hair strand from the food which is otherwise very good. The bathroom was very small and the water got blocked on the floor after shower. We even got surprised who conferred a four star status to the hotel which don't deserve a two star even. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone. With the same price you can afford better ones.

The hotel was nice and the manager rose was very helpful and gave the right advice which is very important in a foreign country where language is a barrier. Stayed with family for 4 days and its location is a great advantage. The only issue is limited options for breakfast. Some vegetarian options can be added.
