An outstanding and aesthetic resort far away from the maddening crowds

This resort is like a boutique 5 star resort at Mai Khao beach which is away from the hustle and bussle of Phuket. The beach is long and beautiful. The villas are tastefully done which reflects passion of both the owner and architect. The resort exudes peaceful vibes and the design philosophy is understated and elegant. The staff are indulgent and efficient. The pool villa we stayed in was practical and large giving that open feel. The bathroom has an open concept so may not be comfortable for everyone. The nearest convenience area is the turtle village which has a 7 eleven. There is a free shuttle every half hour till 2130h. The resort is also next to a beautiful lake where you can cycle from the resort.Highly recommended for those who want to have a peaceful holiday without the activity of Patong.

Outstanding

This was the second time we stay at Sala. We loved it the first time and decided to come again. The pool villas are amazing. For this trip it was our anniversary. Once the hotel knew that the manager, Sea, took personal care of us. She was absolutely great and made our stay even better. The rest of the staff were helpful and a joy to speak to. For our next destination we booked transport through the hotel. On the way my wife suffered a severe allergic reaction. Our driver, Golf, took us straight to the nearest hospital and stayed with us the whole time helping with translation and all that is needed. And once we reached our destination we received a call from Sala staff to check if my wife was feeling better. In summary, the hotel is wonderful and every single one of the staff can't be thanked enough for always going out of their way to make your stay unforgettable.

Was expecting a lot from salai phuket. Having stayed at the sister hotel in koh samui (we loved it ) we were expecting the same experience but it was a huge let down. Room was old, no water pressure, breakfast was okay & so was our lunch & dinner at the property. We had one of the worst pizzas at one of our lunches. Ac was directly placed above our heads. Won’t be returning to this property. The only good part was the view from the swimming pool area.

Close to the airport, but far from everything else

I was expecting a lot from my stay at salai maim khao Phuket. Cleanliness and attention to detail was missing. Found toothpick thrown next to the showering area (as the shower is outdoors. Few of the lights weren’t working (both indoors as well as outdoors. There was no hand wash provided next to the wash basin. Upon asking for it, they said they only provide body wash. On the 3rd day, the cleaning staff left the cleaning cloth as well as the plastic garbage bag in the room only after cleaning. We had to call and ask them to take it out of the room. I paid a premium for the pool villa room, but sadly the property didn’t meet our expectations. Food was good, served hot. And cocktails were also delicious.

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon. The resort is great and has a open and fresh atmosphere to it. It is situated on the extreme northern side of Phuket. Away from all the commercial tourist destination. Though being a little expensive a most five star resorts are, I would definitely recommend it.

This was the second time we stay at Sala. We loved it the first time and decided to come again. The pool villas are amazing. For this trip it was our anniversary. Once the Sala Phuket Resort and Spa knew that the manager, Sea, took personal care of us. She was absolutely great and made our stay even better. The rest of the staff were helpful and a joy to speak to. For our next destination we booked transport through the Sala Phuket Resort and Spa. On the way my wife suffered a severe allergic reaction. Our driver, Golf, took us straight to the nearest hospital and stayed with us the whole time helping with translation and all that is needed. And once we reached our destination we received a call from Sala staff to check if my wife was feeling better. In summary, the Sala Phuket Resort and Spa is wonderful and every single one of the staff can't be thanked enough for always going out of their way to make your stay unforgettable.

This resort is like a boutique 5 star resort at Mai Khao beach which is away from the hustle and bussle of Phuket. The beach is long and beautiful. The villas are tastefully done which reflects passion of both the owner and architect. The resort exudes peaceful vibes and the design philosophy is understated and elegant. The staff are indulgent and efficient. The pool villa we stayed in was practical and large giving that open feel. The bathroom has an open concept so may not be comfortable for everyone. The nearest convenience area is the turtle village which has a 7 eleven. There is a free shuttle every half hour till 2130h. The resort is also next to a beautiful lake where you can cycle from the resort.Highly recommended for those who want to have a peaceful holiday without the activity of Patong.

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon. The resort is great and has a open and fresh atmosphere to it. It is situated on the extreme northern side of Phuket. Away from all the commercial tourist destination. Though being a little expensive a most five star resorts are, I would definitely recommend it.

It was the most amazing stay everrr... I wish for more and will come back soon.. I had beautiful moments out there.. Specially near the beach.. Staff of the resort was very kind.. Services were outstanding.. Specially the SPA I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS..
