Had a very pleasant stay at Ramada plaza. The staff were very courteous and the facilities were very neat and clean. The food was delicious as well. The only drawback is that it's far away from Patong beach. But nevertheless a good place to stay for a vacation

Good location but pathetic service

Average room and Service is very poor. We’ve reached 15 mins early and they straight away said room is not available. So requested if there is any baby care room to change diaper of our 5 months old, they said they don’t have any, you have to use the washroom. But later on we found out that baby care room was there. Somehow the Staffs at the reception were very rude and impolite. And room service also they don’t bother to revert. We’ve stayed in other Wyndham properties as well but so far this was the worst service experience for us. Only good thing is the location.
