proprry is good near by beach and market but rooms not clean.. cockroach in room......

I recently stayed at Patong Resort Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages — right in the heart of Patong, just a short walk to the beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall, and plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s extremely convenient if you want to explore without needing constant transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and housekeeping kept the room tidy every day. I appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the decor felt a little dated. Everything worked well — air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi — but a bit of modernization would make a big difference. The facilities were good, especially the swimming pool, which was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was decent, with a fair selection of items, though it could use more variety for longer stays. Overall, Patong Resort Hotel offers great value for money given its central location and reliable service. It’s perfect for travelers who want to be close to all the action in Patong while still having a quiet, comfortable place to return to. If you’re looking for a luxury resort with modern décor, this might not be your top pick. But for convenience, comfort, and price, it’s a solid choice in the middle of Patong Beach.

Good location, very close to the beach. The lobby entrance is great but I got the room in the opp building of the lobby which seem older. But the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel’s location is excellent, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Making travel convenient. Despite being central, the area is peaceful and safe, offering both comfort and convenience for leisure traveler.

Hotel stay was very good with lots of options on Indian food in breakfast. I stayed there for 5 days with family and overall experience was great. Location of hotel is also very good just walking distance from patong beach.

Our stay at Patong resort hotel was great! I would rate the property 10/10 in terms of its location. It is situated in close proximity from the beach and bangla street. 7/11 is just outside the hotel gate.Many Indian restaurants are also very nearby. Their breakfast menu had Indian food. While the options were limited the taste was good. If you are travelling with your family this property is highly recommended. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall the stay was quite pleasant!!

I had a great time at this hotel in Patong. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. The pool was beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Breakfast had many tasty options, and the food at the restaurant was also very good. Many places to visit are nearby. Bangla street is also a minute walk. Great restaurants are available. Everything was perfect. I would love to come back again. Highly recommend.

Property is conveniently located beside bangla road, beach is 10 mins away via bangla road.

excellent location, hotel having 3 gates ,one connect to patong beach , second connect to Bangla road and third connect to the main road , centrally located. excellent room and tasty Indian breakfast.

The locatiom of the resort os great, perfect for families.

Staff is rude Even if you are staying alone in a superior delux room with queen bed, bathtub, balcony etc , they charge money for a short time guest. Not guest friendly Probably okay for middle aged people /couples Swimming pool is filled with middle aged couples all days Bar near the swimming pool has very rude workers Lots of better options available nearby Never staying in this hotel again.

I stayed there for 3 days. Location is good walkable for patong beach. More than half of the property is under renovation. Rooms are OK. We are pure vegetarian breakfast buffet was good and meets above expectation in thailand. During check in reception behaviour was very rude at the very first my mood is completely shattered because of the behaviour. During evening my kids are interested to go for swimming but lights off there in general I was expecting that place to be happening as there is bar available in pool side.

Nearby location to almost all tourist attractions. Convenient to roam here and there. Food was good.

Staff was highly impolite & hospitality was very poor, Hotel is segregated into many buildings. For get warm milk for toddler, they outrightly refused to send anyone in room, i have to go all the way to restaurants to get milk warm for my crying baby, this is only one of many instances of rude staff behaviour

The hotel is located centrally with access to beach, Bangla road and mall. The rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast has many options including Indian food and staff is courteous. Will definitely come back

Staff r not helpful. They r giving a good view Room to European and worst view room given to Asian I would not suggest. Everytime there is some construction work goes on.

Amazing. The property was par beyond excellent with memorable stay. The location is very close to the beach, variety of restaurants, Malls and what not. The hotel staffs from the security person to the front office staffs are super supportive and welcoming. If you wish to make your trip a memorable one then I suggest you to Patong Resort.
