The quality is not up to the brand stan

when called for inquiry for early check in the person who answered the call was rude and unhelpful. The room was not up to the 5 star standard. The power sockets were loose and one of them was broken from the side which could give a serious injury if you didn't know. the bathtub water tap stand was loose. The breakfast experience was not good. I had to find my own table, get my own cutlery, no waiter or service staff came to the table. There was no water bottle on the table, food was cold, bacon was chewy and cold.

It was a good experience and food was also nice rhea staff member were also polite one thing i dont understand is for restaurants we have to call reception and then they will transfer it to restaurant like there is no direct number of restaurants

Location excellent facilities excellent food good parking poor have to wait 15 to 20 mins for the valet to bring the car. They try to rush u out of cars when dropping at valet. Also if you loose valet ticket they will charge you 200 aed.

The Paramount Hotel was very upscale, great array of breakfast buffet, room was big, had a big bathtub, and excellent views of the Dubai skyline from the room. The gym was very big and had equipments for all body parts.

Good Paramount Hotel , Best amenities, Friendly staffs. They even have hidden bars. Nice environment and good view.
