Good location, very close to the beach. The lobby entrance is great but I got the room in the opp building of the lobby which seem older. But the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Our stay at Patong resort hotel was great! I would rate the property 10/10 in terms of its location. It is situated in close proximity from the beach and bangla street. 7/11 is just outside the hotel gate.Many Indian restaurants are also very nearby. Their breakfast menu had Indian food. While the options were limited the taste was good. If you are travelling with your family this property is highly recommended. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall the stay was quite pleasant!!

I had a great time at this hotel in Patong. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. The pool was beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Breakfast had many tasty options, and the food at the restaurant was also very good. Many places to visit are nearby. Bangla street is also a minute walk. Great restaurants are available. Everything was perfect. I would love to come back again. Highly recommend.

Staff is rude Even if you are staying alone in a superior delux room with queen bed, bathtub, balcony etc , they charge money for a short time guest. Not guest friendly Probably okay for middle aged people /couples Swimming pool is filled with middle aged couples all days Bar near the swimming pool has very rude workers Lots of better options available nearby Never staying in this hotel again.

I stayed there for 3 days. Location is good walkable for patong beach. More than half of the property is under renovation. Rooms are OK. We are pure vegetarian breakfast buffet was good and meets above expectation in thailand. During check in reception behaviour was very rude at the very first my mood is completely shattered because of the behaviour. During evening my kids are interested to go for swimming but lights off there in general I was expecting that place to be happening as there is bar available in pool side.

Staff was highly impolite & hospitality was very poor, Hotel is segregated into many buildings. For get warm milk for toddler, they outrightly refused to send anyone in room, i have to go all the way to restaurants to get milk warm for my crying baby, this is only one of many instances of rude staff behaviour

The hotel staffs from the security person to the front office staffs are super supportive and welcoming. If you wish to make your trip a memorable one then I suggest you to Patong Resort.

The property is under renovation but while booking this was not mentioned, they transferred our stay to small area like hospital rooms, i have been stayed here earlier that time it was and amazing experience but this time not good.

The location is one of its biggest advantages — right in the heart of Patong, just a short walk to the beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall, and plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the decor felt a little dated. Everything worked well — air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi — but a bit of modernization would make a big difference.
