The location is unbeatable, right on the beautiful Cenang Beach with direct access to a private beach that is clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing or letting the kids play safely. The property itself is massive and immaculately maintained, with lush greenery, scenic walkways, and traditional architecture that gives you a true tropical island resort vibe. What stood out the most for us were the large swimming pools (yes, more than one!) and spacious activity areas that kept both adults and kids entertained throughout the stay. My 3-year-old son had the time of his life splashing around and exploring every corner of the resort—he didn’t want to leave! The spa services are also worth a special mention—peaceful, professional, and a perfect way to unwind while surrounded by natural beauty. For those looking to move around the vast property with ease, the buggy rides are not only convenient but also quite fun—our little one especially enjoyed them! The staff were incredibly courteous and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly elevated the experience. In terms of dining, the food options for Indian cuisine were decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and authenticity. That said, there are plenty of other choices around, and the breakfast spread is generous. Overall, Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa is a must-visit luxury destination in Langkawi, especially for families. It perfectly balances relaxation and recreation, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

A Truly Luxurious Stay at Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa, Langkawi! 🌴 Our experience at Pelangi Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth, welcoming, and professional. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and refreshing drinks, setting the tone for a memorable stay. The ambience of the resort is serene and tropical, with lush greenery, water bodies, and beautiful traditional Malay architecture all around. It truly feels like a peaceful escape from the hustle of everyday life. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view, making it perfect for both relaxation and indulgence. The location is unbeatable, right on the famous Pantai Cenang, yet nestled quietly away from the crowd. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready with a smile from housekeeping to front desk to buggy drivers, everyone made us feel valued. The horizon pool overlooking the ocean is simply breathtaking and the private beach access takes the experience to another level. Clean sand, calm waters, and enough space to unwind at any time of day. The only area of improvement is the vegetarian Indian food options, being Indian vegetarians, we found limited choices that matched our preferences. A little more attention to Indian veg cuisine would make it flawless for travelers like us. But aside from that, absolutely no complaints. Pelangi Beach Resort is a must-visit luxury destination in Langkawi, perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for an authentic island experience with modern comfort. Highly recommended!

Property is good, but hospitality is not that great. The checkin process was time taking, the receptionist had poor communication skills, didn't explain the property amenities and layout well. We are pure vegetarians, but the food menu hardly had 1-2 options for vegetarians, dhal was there but served sambhar instead and it wasn't that great too. Breakfast had hardly 3-4 fruits, mix idli/parota, sambhar, packed juices, bakery products and a few others in veg options. They should look at adding more vegetarian options in the menu, if possible hire an Indian cook who knows how to cook good vegetarian food. Also, buggy experience was too bad, you have to wait 20 mins everytime to get a buggy to travel inside the resort, seems like they only have 2-3 buggies max in the whole resort. On the good part, the property is beautiful, well maintained. Good location, attached to the beach. Private access to beach, good swimming pool.

We had an amazing stay at Pelangi Beach Resort. We had booked the island view room and it was so dreamy waking up to the sea every morning. The resort has amazing view, very well maintained rooms, extremely hospitable staff. The location is very convenient since the Cenang market is walking distance. We had dinner at the Pelangi grill on our last day and oh the view of beach and moonlight sky was breathtaking. The best part of this property is that they have everything inside the resort only from shopping arcade to doctor's clinic, 2 pools, gym, nature walk, cycles for rides, a cute cafe at the lounge, beach access, it is worth every penny.

Good location (near to airport, beach facing, market close by) and wide range of food options and has all required amenities (gym, pool, spa, kids area etc). Service and communication can be improved (extremely slow room service and does not close loop timely on requests). Overall well maintained property, however rooms require some work.. All three rooms booked had A/C issues (although were resolved within 1-2 hours)

The resort is located at the heart of the tourist hub in langkawi. It's a very large property and very well maintained. We had a very good time here and it's a lovely option for families traveling with kids. The only issue we faced was with Indian vegetarian food options at the resort, although there are many Indian restaurants at Cenang Beach nearby.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and quick to help whenever we needed something. The service was excellent throughout. The only disappointment was the food quality, which could be improved in taste and variety.

Had a lovely stay at the pelangi beach resort. The rooms and balcony are very spacious and we really liked the decor of yhe whole resort. They do prepare few vegetarian options as well during breakfast. the property is on the cenang beach and one can walk to the cenang market road / restaurant in the evening

We had an exceptional experience at Pelangi Beach Resort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the vast private beach was immaculate. We especially enjoyed the delicious food and the staff's warm, attentive service. The live music made our dinners more memorable. Highly recommend for all age groups.

Ambience was great, staff were friendly. They also accommodated early check in for us. Kid friendly and activities for them.

Location awesome, food especially vegetarian is ok ok.. less choices... Horizon pool is excellent. Can also add billiards table in its list of amenities.

The property’s location is very good. The beach is very close to the property. The food in the restaurants were good, the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the property was kept very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend the property.

The food options were horrendous for a vegetarian especially. With 3-4 restaurants in the property, not one of them were food friendly for a vegan or vegetarian person. As a resort which caters to all nationalities, the food also should represent the same. Apart from this, the room service was very slow for any request made.

Excellent location, beautiful property on the beach. Rooms are in wooden chalets which are atmospheric but occasionally let in noise from adjacent rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, have had better elsewhere. If you are willing to pay, sea-facing chalets are best. Staff are very polite and helpful.

The property itself was truly amazing, but I was highly disappointed with the booking experience. I had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but upon arrival at the resort, we were told that only twin beds were available. This was very frustrating and not what we had expected or paid for.

It was a wonderful stay at Pelangi, the property is huge and has everything to offer for all the needs. Staff, service, food, drinks, beach, and overall it was fantastic.
