Room was fine, very few or no indian breakfast options. Charged additional on the name of child surcharge. Although child was already added at the time of booking and full payment was done. Little disappointing

Too small rooms. No proper folding and water. Communication in english is nil. Response time is too much.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay at the four points by sheraton. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and we were able to relax and unwind easily. The location of the hotel is great. We booked a sea facing room and the view was beautiful. Good amenities

No food or drink on arrival at 10 PM by delayed domestic flight. Of course I was suggested to order food by 'Grab' Reason was chef leaves duty at 11 pm. Refused bluntly for airport pickup and late checkout. Breakfast was good experience. King size room and service were average. Despite request smoking room was not alloted in 3 days.

Excellent place to stay. Good breakfast, location. Must have some children play area for such a big hotel.

The stay was not good very disappointed with service

It was very bad checkin experience. The management is not trained for customer service. The bonvoy benefits are not honored here. For everything you have to ask them ten times. The director will pass sarcastic insult and try to judge. I would have never accepted this treatment in india.

We stayed here on Xmas for holiday with family. The room view from ocean room is nice. Breakfast spread and service is good but lack Indian food options. The service is standard. However the hotel management has more focus on rules and charging money for everything rather than on customer delight. On every request you will be cited rules by GM and the staff is not empowered as they need to ask permission for all small requests. It seems like a military institution rather than place to chill. I would suggest to book nearby hotels.

I stayed for 4 nights at four points sheraton and it was a beautiful experience. The property has lot of in-house facilities (like, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, pool) which makes the entire experience even better. The staff is warm and friendly and the breakfast buffet is just amazing and delicious.

Excellent location, view, amenities, spa, sauna, gym, excellent food, rooftop pool with a view. Just loved everything about it.
