The staff is very co operative and professional they assist with all their duties and task as well as they are also very humble sweetness and Kind with us.

We were having a beautiful stay there, we booked for 4 nights and 2 Rooms, until the morning of 20th May, a lady receptionist refused to send me water bottles to room claiming, “Sir, didn’t we send you water at 6 AM”. It was astounding, we were couple and an infant in room, i asked for water at 6 AM, got 2 botlles of 0.5 litre each, asked again at 10 AM. Was it too much for her to fathom that 3 souls can consume 1 litre water in 4 hours? I mean you can start charging the damn bottles if need be, you can show rudeness to the family who is misusing your facilities, but 2 small bottles after 4 hours? Is this Hospitality? Her single act ruined all my experience, not matter how cooperative her colleagues were.

Stay was okay, hotel room and dining area are quite clean and comforting. However some basic facilities in bathroom were not working properly that annoyed a bit.

The lady at reception doesn’t have manners to talk with guests and to resolve the issues. We faced lots of problems like flush was not working, power points were not working etc. She charged extra amount to change our room.

Pathetic room facilities. They changed the hotel. And told us to go there. We had to walk with someone for a mile with bags holding to the different hotel. Worst experience. Rooms were too small. Nor had any proper ventilation.

The pictures were misleading, no amenities no facilities, under staffed, fixtures in room weren't working properly, only location was excellent, staff was cooperative

I have booked in ramada for two days separately and they gave me a accomodatiom in near by hotel on tye first day. On second day i checked in and it was samll room, sauna gym, breakfast below average

They didnt give me the room eventhough i booked non refundable. They arranged the accomodation in near by "no star" hotel

The place is very well connected by public transport for visiting the hagia sophia, grand bazaar and bosphorus cruise. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Absolutely recommended in istanbul!

Great place with great connectivity to every place by public transportation, and food is really great at the hotel with great hospitality, rooms are clean and very neat, the only thing is the rooms are quite small till deluxe.

It was no good experience at ramada wyndham istanbul grand bazar. Room size is small. Ambience is too average. Travel-ling persons who are pure vegetarian has no choice of food in breakfast accept the bread and milk. Even there is no food available after 10pm in night. I was reach at hotel at @10. 30 in night from out of istanbul. Reception staff simply denied to arrange food or milk. Very strange experience brand like ramada. Any way good luck and best wishes. Location is good but in grand bazar. Very heavy traffic near it. Food is very limited. No option of vegetarian. Service is good. Hotel is very small in size.

The hotel is also very small. The picture which you see in picture consist of 3 hotel together. So please don’t get confuse.

They gave us the economy room when we booked a standard room. They gave us the economy room when we booked a standard room and were not ready to change it also and were arguing with us and the room was sooo small couldn’t even walk around was a very bad and tiny room didn’t like it at all would never book it again.

Yes. Hotel room was very small, ac was not working properly and when i switched on cattle to warm the water there was a spark and electricity got runout and this happens twice

One of the best property in old city, centrally located with tramway and taxi stand nearby. Lots of options for restaurants and shopping. The hotel has a good breakfast and the front desk team is super helpful. The guys mehmet and ozkan are very nice. I recommend this hotel and give a full star.
