This is very bad and 3rd class hotel & their staff. He kept a broken umbrella in the room and took the money during checkout for the umbrella from us and also took the amount for the hand towel which they had not given us. Totally black mailer people.

Amazing hotel, good breakfast buffet and location is awesome. Medical store, juice, fruits shops, 7/11, all are within 100 meters. 5 mins walk to the street market and further 5 mins walk to bangla road and the beach. Even at the center of everything but still very calm and quiet to sleep. The pool is the highlight of this hotel and they have happy hours on cocktails everyday from 2 to 5 pm. We stayed there for a week and loved it. Just outside they have a tour counter and that lady is super helpful. We arrived early around 9 am and check-in was at 2pm but the staff saw that we have a toddler and tired and provided us a room just after 30 mins waiting. Would highly recommend this family hotel in Phuket.

The resort location is good but the rooms were dirty, had lizards and insects. Ac was not working properly and even the reception phone was dead. Although the reception staff was polite to other nationalities, they were specifically rude to all indians staying at the resort.

Amazing منتجع نيبا , good breakfast buffet and location is awesome. Medical store, juice, fruits shops, 7/11, all are within 100 meters. 5 mins walk to the street market and further 5 mins walk to bangla road and the beach. Even at the center of everything but still very calm and quiet to sleep. The pool is the highlight of this منتجع نيبا and they have happy hours on cocktails everyday from 2 to 5 pm. We stayed there for a week and loved it. Just outside they have a tour counter and that lady is super helpful. We arrived early around 9 am and check-in was at 2pm but the staff saw that we have a toddler and tired and provided us a room just after 30 mins waiting. Would highly recommend this family منتجع نيبا in Phuket.

The stay was pleasant and the property is well equipped with all luxury you need. The pool is attached from the room balcony was an awesome experience. The food is well served with lots of variety.

Good property, the rooms were clean and big our room was on the ground floor with pool view so we could access the pool from the balcony. Breakfast was pretty bland for my indian palette

Close to bangla street and patong beach, great staff and breakfast. Room was very clean. Access to jacuzzi just behind room is an amazing thing to experience.
