I was not given any of the facilities that were mentioned in the booking. First of all, the room I got in the hotel was a small room. It was very congested. It was clearly mentioned in the room booking that the room will have a sofa and a bath tub, but I was given a room with neither a bath tub nor a sofa. The manager's behavior was very rude. For a room with a bathtub he charged us more than us at ₹450 per night Thai bath!

Worst 3star hotel as per my experience

Despite all glorious features updated on this hotel. I do not think it's a 3star hotel. The hotel did not have some facilities like 24/7 restaurant. It was opened only for breakfast 7Am to 11Am. There was no feature of entertainment (dance bar). Moreover the receptionist was very focused on the penalty charges while check-in, there were a list of penalties like dirtying the bedspreads, towels, room and etc. No smile on the face of the staff. They don't even have a first aid kit. Very normal hotel as my experience. Don't suggest this hotel.
