Property location is ok but service was not up to the mark. Cleaning of the room was not that good and also we asked for water bottles in the night around 10:30pm but we were told that everything is closed and can only be available next morning.

Tipa resort is centrally located and it’s very convenient to just walk directly onto the main Ao nang street for food, shopping, massage beach etc. The ocean view Jaccuzi room has a beautiful view. The food was average but service was good. It has a beautiful pool and the buggy service was prompt with very courteous staff.
