Terrible Stay

The lift is not working. There was no staff at the reception for good 30 mins. Had to wait for him. They allotted a room on 5th floor and had no bell boy. We were told that we are strong and we should carry our own luggage. There is no staff. All this was happening while he was checking us in. So we didn't even look at the room and left the hotel. The reception guy was so rude. He says u won't get a penny back. We still left thinking we don't need to deal with this rude guy for the rest of the day and spoil our holiday. Fellow indians do not book this hotel and make my trip should not book hotels which has no lift working and rooms are on 5th floor. Not everyone is strong to carry the luggage to 5th floor

Location is good but the property isn't.

The only thing good about the property is its location. Platinum mall and pratunam market is just 5 minutes walking distance from the property. However the room we got was on the 5th floor(top floor) which had a terrible placement of ac. The temperature won't go below 22 degrees and also the washroom has no lock. It will take hours for the room to settle down at an amicable temperature.
