Great as I can walk till international Airport and it took just 20 minutes to reach, room space is just appropriate for 2 person

All amenities provided by hotel are good, hygiene is up to mark. Only one problem I’ve faced is toilet flush wasn’t working properly. One most important thing is that the airport is at walking distance from hotel.

I had a terrible experience staying in this hotel. The customer relationship manager was very rude towards the customers. I’ve never experienced such horrible behaviour from any person before. The stay was decent, did not have basic amenities and the breakfast was not so good. They had very limited breakfast options. If you’re staying with family, I’d never recommend. The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to DMK airport. However, it is very far from Bangkok city and it takes almost an hour to reach city centre. The customer service is totally unacceptable and the manager (fair, tall, bulky guy) was too mean to Indians and spoke in a harsh tone and did not provide us with basic amenities. So, please opt for a good stay rather than this.

Family room provided was way below average. Expected vegetarian breakfast that was not available. Staff was barely able to understand English. Only positive factors were its proximity to DMK airport and surrounding area was positive.

I recently enjoyed my stay at Don Mueang Hotel, Bangkok. The experience was very good. The hotel is near to Done Mueang Airport and Redline metro. Room is ok.The breakfast was indeed very good.I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient short stay near airport.

Main point is. This hotel is very near to the airport. Literally walkable distance to don mueang airport(with less luggage. Hotel people charged 40 baht per person for airport shuttle, but their shuttle bus was down at that time. So they have arranged separate cab without charging extra payment. We are very happy with their service. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Just one con about this hotel is they have no lift. You have to take stairs, bit not comfortable with that. Beyond that rooms, service, cleanliness. Every thing is very good.

It’s very excellent service

The ac wasn't working in the room allotted to us. They shifted us to a new room and the ac was working fine. The floor was noisy till late at night. Rest everything was okay.

Very bad stay, no bedsheets, no proper beds for 3 people even if i booked for 3 people, bathroom door not getting locked, not clean, unclean mats

Hi all, we taken two days to stay, the first impression was the best impression. The check in was 5 min then we went to the room it was clean and neat. We completely enjoyed the stay

Rooms are very clean, staffs are response good, good breakfast arrangements, nearby from airport, beds are very comfortable, safety is good etc

The place was very near to the airport. They also gave me an early check-in. Room was clean and well maintained.

From ac too much to water leakage was there and from sink water was falling on ground, bed and rest of the things was okay

Stay was comfortable. We stayed for one night. Near dmk airport. Location is a bit far from central bangkok. Cleanliness was maintained. Overall a good experience especially at the price point we booked.

Third class hotel. Name is hotel but its look like guest house. No good service. 3rd class room no any facilities provided. We were disappointed.
