Very bad and poor experience, totally not at all recommend,

This was hands down one of the worst stays , and I had to cut my stay short due to serious health concerns. The condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable and did not reflect the photos shown online. It was a classic bait and switch , the pictures are clearly VERY OLD and do not show the hotel's current, state. Here’s a list of the issues I encountered during my stay: • Mold on every corner and edge of the room walls, including inside the bathroom – extremely unhygienic. • Bedsheet used as a duvet cover – not only unprofessional but also uncomfortable. • Dirty pillowcase hidden beneath a clean one – very deceptive and concerning. • Cups and kettle were visibly dirty – I didn’t feel safe using them. • Soap all over the bathroom – clearly not cleaned properly between guests. • No TV in the room, despite it being listed as part of the amenities. • Dirty mirror – full of smudges and streaks. • Broken soap dispenser – visibly cracked and unusable. • Filthy light switches – stained and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. • Room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to stay inside. • Towels were not clean and made of thin, worn-out material - felt unhygienic to use. I checked out early because I genuinely felt that staying any longer would be a risk to my health.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. Not good for people coming as family. The allocated room was different from the one i booked.

The hotel is located in a very good area, but the hospitality is quite poor. There was no bottled drinking water provided, and cockroaches were seen in several places. The overall condition of the hotel is not the same as shown

Worst experience had with Arianna hotel... not clean... completely shady hotel... attendant at reception was rude, non cooperative & unwelcoming... daily feels frustrating to come at hotel... no hot water... worst bathrooms... no cleaning... this is the first worst experience I had through makemytrip. I request makemytrip to take strict action against the hotel.. it is not as per the pictures uploaded on portal

There were few things that were poorly managed 1. No TV working 2. ⁠No complimentary water bottles provided (as mentioned ) 3. ⁠staff entering room without permission and even without anyone of us being inside the room 4. ⁠Hidden charges were there apart from the online bookings

Hotel Arianna is a clean and well maintained hotel with courteous staff

it was good in comparison total our purchase...but not sufficient and suitable comforts even water was not served

Rooms are shabhy And mattress is very poor quality Washrooms are pathetic Couldn’t stay for 1 hour also in that room we had to book another hotel near by and I shifted there

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are nice and the Staff very cooperative. The hotel is very near to Mustafa Centre and MRT stations.

It was good, Room was cleaned properly every day, location was the best thing, it is directly opposite to the Mustafa Centre.

Arriana is getting worse and worse.. rooms are moist with fungus, bathroom basins so old and unclean.. this time was in a room which had such a small bathroom that to sit on comode you had to actually put your legs below the basin and the basin will be at you face when you sit.. with non refundable rooms had to continue my stay there and prefer using mall or mrt washrooms. terrible stay it was... never going for Arianna hence forth..

very bad amenities. Lift did not work for two days. AC water leaking. Cockroach’s are around. Hot water not available. Very small rooms.

Don't go for this hotel. The rooms are very small in size ac not working. No window. The only best part is it is near mustafa centre

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. It’s the best budget hotel for a stay in Singapore. Don’t compare it to a lavish hotel – it simply offers a bed, a roof over your head, and a working air conditioner, which is a luxury at this price point. The best thing about this property is its location, as it’s very close to Mustafa Centre, the MRT, and many Indian restaurants. Once again, don’t expect anything fancy – just a basic place to stay.

Stay at arianna hotel singapore was ok. Room is small. No drinking water provided. Well drinking water is very expensive in sg. Bathroom was clean with hot water round da clock. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Mrt, shopping centre, eateries indian chinese vietnamese thai etc are within two mins walk. Bugis is just ten min away.

Hotel is not suitable for family very small spaces and clean facilities are below average
