My experience with ibis is worst,at first there was no one to receive us or our luggage.we have to carry our luggage to room by our own, receptionist was rude,and they charged 10ro extra for early check in.

Well the property exterior lobby all good. The issue is with the room. Visible cracks in sink and bath floor.very dirty curtains with accumulated dust. Carpet floor is dusty. Okay for a night stay but we were forced to stay for eight nights since a non refundable booking. There are better properties in that area.

Include more options of vegetarian food in the breakfast 2. Very good location, near to إبيس موسكاتs and shopping mall. good reception.Hotel cleaning was good, but could have provided brush and paste.Mild hot water available, hair dryer available. Neat and clean room with safe lock and a small refrigerator.
