I have already written an email to you about this but did not get any revert The description of the property on your website and what it was is in reality is very different There was no sofa, air conditioner, balcony in the room as described by you The double room had 2 single beds which were joint and it was super uncomfortable to sleep in

It was fantastic stay however 9 km away from station which was costed us more by taxi almost half of the cost of living in hotel.

Great location, cute hotel.

We loved the hotel which was v stylish and in an excellent location. The breakfast also was very tasty. The only drawback was the room size. After initially getting a tiny room we requested to be moved to another room which was slightly bigger with a balcony. This made the room much easier to stay in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff is polite and helpful.

Well located, nice ambience and good food

The hotel was well located with tram station right across the street. The room was nice and clean. The food was good in the morning. The reception was friendly and helped us in moving around the city. The only drawback was that the room were very small.

Not at all happy with the room

We were 2 girls travelling and the allocated room was on the ground floor with large windows- overlooking the street directly, which meant any passerby could easily see as at any given point unless the blinds were closed. The lighting was so dim that it was dark in the day if the blinds were shut. Also the size of the room is quite stuffy too. We requested a room change and the staff offered to do so the next day as the hotel was full. However we didn't hear from them. The breakfast offering included was below average and all 3 days- it was exactly the same. Location was good and close to the tram stop.

Very nice Hotel & Value for Money

Good Hotel Facility with Great Breakfast & Location. Feel yourself Lucky if you are allocated room where Lift Facility is available otherwise you have to drag your luggage through the stairs which is very troublesome. But highly recommend it & is a very good deal.
