The hotel felt more like a school accommodation

The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel's convenient location near roma termini, making transportation easy. However, my overall experience was disappointing. From the first day, the hotel felt more like a school accommodation, with tens of teenagers crowding the lobby. To make matters worse, they were all placed on the same floor as my room, leading to loud noises, laughter, and movement throughout the night for three consecutive days, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, my booking clearly stated express check-in, yet i was not allowed to check in until after 2 pm, which was frustrating and inconvenient. To add to the discomfort, the beds were twin beds that were not merged with a proper mattress, making it very difficult to sleep comfortably. Moreover, the heater system in the washroom, which is essential for drying towels and necessary clothes, was not functioning at all, adding to the inconvenience during my stay. Another major downside was the hotel’s water policy. Unlike any other hotel i’ve stayed in, complimentary water bottles were provided only for the first night, regardless of the length of stay. This makes no sense. Overall, while the location was ideal, the experience was far from what i expected, and i wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was average sized and enough for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was too small. I think they could have given a kettle and coffee essentials for the cost they charge.

Not very good experience

Frontal staff was rude. First day manager was not even looking into eyes while talking. He was saying ‘no’ to everything we asked for. They need to be trained on how to be respectful to the customers

We stayed in room for 2 days and stayed here. This is nearer to the castro metro station, less than 200 m, which was good and it is 650 metres from roma termini, about a 9 min walk. Not bad from location perspective. Breakfast spread is fairly good. But rooms are relatively small, apparently water bottles are complementary only for the first day, no iron in room was also a pain. Overall not a bad experience, could have been better, proximity to station and metro did help.

Great location and a short walk from Roma Termini station. Lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed in a family room, that was very spacious. The breakfast was very good with extensive spread. Would stay here again.
