The morning staff at the reception was quite rude. They did not allow outside food in the room which was bot wirtten in their hotel policies Did not provide iron facility which was written in their amenities. During check out. When we wanted to get the deposit back ,i dint have the receipt of it, it was in the room with my husband. But he was very rude while telling that. Dont recommend to stay there There are many better places in the vicinity This is not acceptable.

Hotel was good was very good located everything were near from hotel except they don’t have restaurant in the hotel and they don’t allow to eat food in the room

Location was really good with train, bus stations easily accessible within few minutes.

The hotel location was good. The rooms are clean and well done and staff is friendly. Enjoyed the breakfasts given. Overall it was a value for money and we were satisfied. We will consider booking it again when in Rome.

This hotel was at very good location and very near to public transport services. This hotel is near to city center, at walk-able distance. So may restaurant near to hotel where you can have nice Italian food. Rooms of the hotel were clean and really nice.

Perfectly clean hotel, right in the city center of Rome. Public transportation is easily accessible and hotel is also close to major attractions. Staff was very friendly and they even gave us a city map with detailed instructions on how to reach all the major attractions. Breakfast was included which had both variety and taste. Loved the hot chocolate served. Area is also pretty safe though it's in a quiet area. Overall, a great stay and definitely value for money.

The hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the Termini Station, where arrives the bus from FCO airport. The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are quite spacious. The staff helpful and friendly. About the breakfast I can not say, since leaving early in the morning. I advise everyone to this hotel.

OK district (cannot name it pleasant, but reasonably safe and clean and quiet). Nice hotel with large room, very good bathroom, minibar, in-room safe and good service. As usual, very good price from MakeMyTrip service and no problem during check-in/check-out. Breakfast was above average but nothing delicious (not that I expect better for price paid, just to mention)

They gave me a very small room. A little bigger than bathroom. Then after great pleading they allotted me a better room next day. I bought some food and it got cold. Refused to let me heat it in the microwave. Avoid if you can

The staff was very helpful in all aspects but mostly in the understanding of Rome itself. I would definitely suggest others to use this hotel as there is also a good convenience store next to it. Stefano at the front desk was very nice to us. He gave us a very good feel about Rome.

The hotel is at a walking distance from the main railway station. We stayed in deluxe room and it was a good value for money option. The rooms were adequate in size and the morning buffet was good. No specific view from the balcony and it is located in one of the inner streets.

As an Indian family of three adults and one child nine years, I found the triple room in Hotel Camelia large and well maintained. The staff was courteous and friendly and went out of their way to help us choose our tours. Recommended for anyone traveling with a family. Also, in keeping with Euro zone countries like Germany and France where I had previously booked triple rooms, this hotel too did not charge extra for child of 9 years unlike a shoddy hotel in Venice for which I shall complain to MakeMyTrip.

The Reception staff Mr. Stefano was very rude while check-in the hotel. This was the worst experience ever in my life. Otherwise over all hotel is average. The location of the hotel is good, which is walking distance from main train station.

Very warm welcome, was given room couple of hours before check in time which was really appreciative. I was in need of print out for tickets for Colosseum and Vatican museum and person at reception was extremely helpful and gave access to the printer to take necessary print out. I would recommend this hotel for best hospitality I have ever experienced in Europe.

Ideally located for tourists. Nice and cozy place. All those travelling for first time can plan to stay in this hotel. Staff is nice and the food is good. It is near to all the major attractions and good entry good eating joints. Recommended.

It was an average stay. Not much options in breakfast.

Located at a walking distance from Roma Termini on a quiet street. The supermarket is close and the metro station is also close by. The staff at the reception was very helpful and could speak good english. They helped us by providing the local information with map of the city and tourist places and also let us know the unsafe areas of rome. However, the price of hotel is on the higher side compared to the nearby hotels. They also helped us by keeping the luggage in the hotel for 2 days as we were returning to the hotel after 2 days.
