Right from the check in till check out I experienced everything beyond excellence. Staff behavior was remarkable that I don't have words. All are so well mannered and cooperative. Interiors are really awesome of this hotel. Simple I felt that this hotel is my home. They provided me all facilities beyond my expectations. I really suggest that in Kuta it might be best hotel and everyone visiting Bali must go for it.

Breakfast was terrible. Though they serve you varieties of cuisines, they are so horrible. Water and juice glasses are not being properly washed. The smell coming out with the glasses would spoil your mood for having breakfast there.

Natya hotel is a very good and clean hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms and washrooms were very clean, AC good working, nice swimming pool, very tasty breakfast in the buffet and on your choice. Where do I begin. Well let me start with the awesome staff. They all were so pleasant and kind throughout from check-in and check-out. Definitely won my heart. Experienced true hospitality. The room was clean with all the basic facilities like AC, WiFi, TV etc. Breakfast was great. Variety and quality was so good. I recommend every one to take up room along with breakfast. Location is convenient. 15 minutes walk from Kuta square. All in all a wonderful stay. Kudos to the Hotel and the whole team.
