The worst experience ever

The hotels phone lines don’t work. By the time we reached at midnight, due to flight delay, there were police at the hotel, which was scary. The hotel receptionist informed that there is no electricity in the building and to choose either to stay there or move to a different hotel. We had to go around to different hotels to find a room for the night which is very disturbing and tiring. After 2 days I went back and asked for hotel phone number for contacting the sales team regarding refund, they said it is still not working. They have not given me any written confirmation about the refund . I don’t know if my money is going to be refunded. First day in Bali we had the worst experience ever.
