Average Stay

The location and scenic view from the property is it’s soul. Absolutely Beautiful! Food (at least for veg option) is below average than all other hotels we stayed in Georgia. We booked standard double Rooms with front view and balcony which are comparatively small than other hotels in Batumi/Tbilisi even with paying less amount. They didn’t have any wardrobe to keep the luggage. Staff were very cordial and friendly. Another caveat was that we booked king side bed where as hotel had the information of two small beds. So it appears MakeMyTrip’s partner site did some goof up. Despite some of these odds, it was a pleasant stay.

Great view and location. cramped rooms and poor service.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. The view from the balcony was splendid. But the size of the rooms was quite small and the bathrooms were also cramped. Magda at the reception was very nice to speak to and was helpful always with a smile on her face. But much of the other service staff especially at the restaurant didn’t seem very pleased to see us. To the point of being a bit rude sometimes. The breakfast spread was just ok if you are a non-vegetarian and very scanty if you are a vegetarian. They offer only cold milk on along with the breakfast spread. So if you want hot milk with your cereals, you have to request the restaurant staff for hot milk. They sometimes provide that from the coffee machine if they feel like it. Other times they just deny it saying the machine is not working. Moreover, we had already made booking with extra bed and extra breakfast in both the rooms, as each room was supposed to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. These details were clearly mentioned in our booking voucherwhich we had already paid for. Still at the hotel they denied any booking for extra bed or breakfast for the children. So we had to pay extra for this at the hotel in cash. We have raised the complaint regarding this with make-my-trip. They are still in the middle of resolving the complaint. We are hoping for the best outcome.
