Terrible Stay

dont book such a property. it's just pathetic. no service . washroom gets flooded. Rude staff. they don't turn up. keys cards does not work. Indian and Asian avoid this hotel.

Overall nice!

Location was excellent, we had a nil e view with balcony. Walking distance to cairo museum. Close to other locations as well. Breakfast buffet was fantastic (we are not vegetarians. They also have nice italian and thai restaurants inside and both were good. Room was nice, but a bit old. Balcony was very dusty for some reason, when i mentioned they apologized. Anyway, we ended up cleaning quickly before we could use. There was also missing iron box and dryer for some reason! didn't expect these in a 5-star! service is good and people are quite friendly and responsive. Gym (and the pool) was amazing. Large, filled with all types of equipment, and always have support staff. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Good Stay

Excellent location, food average, very little choice for vegetarians, no indian cuisine available. Service in restaurants very good. Special mention about a steward abdul rahman in day and night restaurant, who was very helpful.

Terrible Stay

I booked suites and nil e river room. But they arranged classic and city side room. Results they arranged nil e river side and classic room, not suits room. And i spent time for negotiations over i hour half. Then i can’t ride dinner cruising this day by them. I would like to require different changes and dinner cruising fee. terribly experience.
