Food service has a significant scope for improvement. It was below average. We had booked our breakfast which was supposed to be ready by 7 am and nothing was ready till 7. 30am. We had a flight to catch, so had to leave the hotel around 7. 45 without having proper breakfast. Dine

Perfect location and a nice, cozy hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. The only problem i faced was using my card to swipe in inr even though it had been used internationally in the past. I had booked using the card while booking, and a minimal amount was deducted initially, too as a standard process. I think there should be ease to make payments using cards in inr since it's accepted in cash.

Recommended stay !

Location was top notch, thimphu clock tower is right behind this hotel, very easy to access the tower road, many places around in walking distance. Food was excellent, also our complementary breakfast was perfect and amenities were just right. Hotel staff were very humble and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Not value for money

Guys if booking by the reputation of Lemon Tree group than need to rethink. The hotel is highly overpriced. Rooms are very small. They will sell you queen size beds and tell its the kingsized bed of this country. There lift doesn't works so be prepared to climb stairs. They send lady staffs to carry your baggage which you all not prefer to. You can get similar rooms only here. Only good part is the location and the staffs. There is no such good Indian food junction around this hotel. Need to go for the location and staff only.
