Really practical and ticks all parameters

Checkin early was accomodated, really helpful and efficient. Rooms are small but very clean. Bathroom again very clean. Beds comfortable. All other amenities are there and good quality. In the middle of main centre market area of melbourne, everything is very accessible, lots of public transport options just within 100 mtrs. Lots of places to eat within 100 mtrs. Would recommend this hotel as a definite choice. Staff at reception. Irrespective of time or shift are all very helpful.

Stayed for an official trip while attending an international conference at RMIT university that happened to be opposite this Hotel. Near super market and main market. Neat and clean environment plus courteous and responsive staff.

Room itself was tiny but the service was poor .. No complimentary water .. When asked, v were asked to purchase it .. Upon asking for plates, instead of sending someone up, v were asked to get the same .. Just the saving grace was the location of the place .. Too high price just for a nights stay with no service at all

Good- the location was great The staff was courteous and very helpful. Gave us a early check in. The staff was also helpful to all the questions asked. Bad- the room was very small. Barely any place to move with your bags around Breakfast limited to 10Aud per person which we weren’t told about.

Checkin early was accomodated, really helpful and efficient. Rooms are small but very clean. Bathroom again very clean. Beds comfortable. All other amenities are there and good quality. In the middle of main centre market area of melbourne, everything is very accessible, lots of public transport options just within 100 mtrs. Lots of places to eat within 100 mtrs.
