The restaurant was under renovation. Very little staff at front desk. No staff at night to help. Was there with wife for valentine week, but the experience was not so good. Food was laid in hall, although the variety was good, the ambiance to have breakfast in hall was not so good.

It was pleasant stay. Staff was co-operative. My mother, 80 years old was with us. My flight departure time was 9:10 pm and check-out time was 12:00 noon. I requested for late check-out 3:00 pm and it immediately granted.

Good hospitality. Kind staff. Room was good. Downside was that half the sockets in the room weren't working! I asked to be changed to a different room on my second day and that room only. Had 2 sockets working. Not great for someone with lots of gadgets to charge.

It was pleasant stay. Staff was co-operative. My mother, 80 years old was with us. My flight departure time was 9:10 pm and check-out time was 12:00 noon. I requested for late check-out 3:00 pm and it immediately granted.

We had an excellent stay, food service and cleanliness is superb. Value for money. The only drawback is distances from City and tourist places. Delivery of food is a problem. No public transport from walking distance.

Hotel is very nice, staff is very polite, breakfast is good not much veg dishes but still good as a non veg. Regular shuttle service to metro station and pickup from Emirates Mall. Rooms are clean and nice.
