Always have a problem with makemytrip when i pay in advance. The property/hotel never seems to recieve the payment. Hotel was good. Breakfast was good too, not much variety but still good. Room was great and always kept and cleaned well. Bathtub is slippery, one of our guest fell and got hurt. Please add non-slip mats. Only the reception/lobby staff are very slow and unhelpful at times, this needs to be improved. Many reviews on google say the same. I can confirm them. Overall stay 7/10. Would come back.

We stayed here with my family for 3 nights, the location is perfect not too far from dubai mall, breakfast is a good spread, the staff is kind and polite. My wife forgot her bracelet in the room and i got a email regarding the same that we found your jewellery in the room, very nice ok the house keeping to inform the hotel staff about it.
