Really terrible instead of relaxing, receptionist helen gave me stressed, she doesn't know how to communicate properly way to the guest and no respect, she is rude and this is the second time she has been shown the bad attitude, that's why we are avoiding to book in j5 because of her. All staff was very hospitable except this helen.
