Absolutely worthless hotel

Pols don’t book here on the basis of the pics presented. . The hotel gives an eerie feeling with no service whatsoever. The reception is very shabby. We had booked two rooms from two different accounts for 11th march 2023 stay in one room the package was with b/f. First we were told there will be no breakfast, but later upon insisting they said the breakfast will be in another hotel (off the main road) but it is served from as late as 9 am which we had to skip because of prior engagements. We asked for extra blanket which was refused. Surely we are not going to visit here ever again. No service level at all.

We carried our luggage on our own till 4th floor as no staff assistance was provided. Room serviced in our absence in spite of instructions given not to service it, Amenities not provided daily.
