The hotel was good but there was no breakfast and the cafeteria was also closed. Additionally, there were irrelevant charges applied for example- charging 200 THB in loss of access card/ key. Even if there is a minute washable stain on the towel/bed sheet, they were charging 200 THB. For all this, they charged 1000 THB as an advance payment. They returned 800 THB deducting 200 THB for loss of access card. In other hotels these are not charged generally.

The Hotel is located @ walking street , Rooms were quite good , sea view from Room was worth , need to ignore reception area and lift as , Ac wasn’t working @ the reception. Was not what we expected. Hotel room was decent and clean. But room has fine menu everywhere which makes you feel very uncomfortable while you stay. Security deposits of 1000 Bhat per room. For a decent customer it’s very unsettling. Location was great.
