I know this hotel is not a 5star rating, but, the staying experience is not always rated vide the star rating of the hotel. I am a repeated customer to this hotel. I can tell you that this hotel is absolutely a Hidden Gem. Whatvyou would like to find.. nice hotel, nice room, spacious rooms, location, hotel stuff behaviour.. This hotel will fulfill all of your these desiares. I am am an individual solo traveller and I am not sponsored by any one. I would recomand this hotel to all the travellers.. may be solo or couple or with family.

Room was really good, very close to pattaya beach just 2 mins walk (about 100 metres. Only minus point was there was no room service and not so interactive staff.

Pols don’t book here on the basis of the pics presented. . The hotel gives an eerie feeling with no service whatsoever. The reception is very shabby. We had booked two rooms from two different accounts for 11th march 2023 stay in one room the package was with b/f. First we were told there will be no breakfast, but later upon insisting they said the breakfast will be in another hotel (off the main road) but it is served from as late as 9 am which we had to skip because of prior engagements. We asked for extra blanket which was refused. Surely we are not going to visit here ever again. No service level at all.

Worst experience, No sea view room given. They cheated us. Staff is rude, aggressive and dominating. No luggage assistance, Privacy & Security Issue.
Worst experience. Charged for sea view room and normal room was given. They cheated us. Washroom smells like hell. Staff is rude, aggressive and dominating. We carried our luggage on our own till 4th floor as no staff assistance was provided. Room serviced in our absence in spite of instructions given not to service it, Amenities not provided daily.
