Great Location near walking street just a minute walk away, staff was good polite, neat and clean room, good indian restaurants nearby, but a little costly property.

Hotel was very good and the rooms are also near and clean. Swimming pool is also very good. Lots of variety of Indian foods available in breakfast and dinner

great hotel.. everything nearby.. beach.. walking street.. and many nearby indian restaurant.. in hotel food is also great.. many vegetarian breakfast option .. definately recommended

They charge extra money for mini bar although it was included in my package for free but makemytrip had given us wrong information.

Overall experience was too good and food taste and quality was excellent and also location are near all necessary things in walking distance - Only one thing was not satisfied that we have booked 4 rooms and requested them to give atleast 1 room early check-in and late check-out but thay denied and we have ready to pay 1 room charges for same too..

The best factor is the location of the Hotel. Even though early check in was requested and also additional charges was paid on arrival, allotment is delayed till after 1030 am. Also, visible was better located rooms are not given to online bookings thru travel sites.

Very Nice Stay, Best For Indian Buffet Food at inside Restaurant ANDAZ, Walking street is just 100 mtr & Beach is 400 mtr. Best Swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

They have hired influencers to hype up their image among travellers. But reality is different. Hotel is supposed to be a place which provides a safe, secure and comfortable space while travelling. But this place is none of it. Hookers all over the place, Rowdy Uncles reeking of Smoke, Maijuana and Alcohol. Not a place you'd want to go with your family. Not something you'd expect from a so called 4 star place. Food is stale, Fruits are rotten. Much better Indian food places outside in Central area like Chotivala or Amritsar on Beach Road. Do not go by the promise of Indian food and book this place. Much better options available in Central and North Patayya.

Location and food was really excellent. The front desk receptionist was not that polite, but apart from that everything was good.
