the staff was very rude. The hotel has been rated for 4 Star but in actually the hotel is not even meeting 3 star ratings. Toilets were not cleaned and hot water for bath was not available.

The listing on your platform showed that the Deluxe Room includes a bathtub, but it wasn’t available. The key card stopped working twice, the room amenities didn’t match the pictures, and the kettle was rusted. Additionally, the hotel staff said I’d have to pay just to allow a guest to visit for an hour, which was never mentioned anywhere. Also, your team stopped responding to my emails after some time.

the lady at reception is too rude, she harassed customers by saying that she will call police. if we check out 1 minutes late she says she will call police, for any and every thing she says take your bags and go out. since property location was good and it was a good deal we somehow managed to stay there else everything here is pathetic. they are biased especially towards indians.
