It was a total unpleasant stay. They charge you lots of hidden charges which are not mentioned at the time of booking. Though i had booked for double occupancy per room per night they charged me per room extra for second guest. Worst experience.

Beautiful access to a private beach and awesome summing pools, the staff were very polite. We stayed in the royal cliff terrace the room was superb and beautiful like it was showing in the pictures. Overall an excellent experience we enjoyed our stay in royal cliff. I must recommend it for family and honeymoon couples.

The stay was extremely awesome with full view of sea and extremely serene view ! also the private beach was very nice with full privacy and clean water and with less crowd ! would definitely recommend stay here and again would like to stay in cliff group of hotels. Services were good and directions map were very detailed to navigate to places since the place is huge!

The room was really good. Extremely spacious and the view is amazing with the bathtub in the balcony. There are a couple of things to improve, washroom and washbasin fittings need to be changed. The bathtub has a problem with the water stopper plug. Lastly the breakfast needs to accommodate a bit more towards the vegetarian side.

We stayed for 5 days at royal cliff beach terrace, two bedroom suit room. Hotel is good, location also amazing. But they will try to scam you by any mean. There was a mouse at our room and we inform hotel staff and accidentally rat broke one of the room lamp which should be less than 500 bhat but hotel staff charged 3200 bhat for that lamp. Although house keeping staff themself see that big mouse and caught it there after but still they charge us. We see other people also have been changed for kattle, glasses. This all will happened only at the the time of check out.
