I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Journeyhub Pattaya, we stayed in connecting Deluxe King rooms. Right from the lady at the reception Ms May and housekeeping everyone was so polite and humble. This property is a little away from the madness and right in the center of Pattaya with good Bars. Cafes and 5-7 mins walk to the beach. We are definitely visiting and staying in this property soon and highly recommended for the other travellers too.

Stay was good. Location is good. Breakfast is good. Staff is good. Just one improvement room lighting is dull, that needs to be improve.

JourneyHub was a good location for it price. The Receptionist was welcoming however tried to scare us at the start by showing us the do's and don'ts card..Another receptionist female one was very rude when I called for room cleaning in evening because I was sleeping. Also the washroom toiletries were not sufficient and there was no body lotion or the towels and hand towels were torn from the end.. cleaning staff was good, late night service was good. They charged us for plates and spoon.

Amazing location, convenient to travel from walking street. Rooms are spacious and airy, all internal facilities are good. Staff and reception is very helpful and kind !! Enjoyed my stay at Journeyhub will definitely visit again !!

I had a wonderful experience at Journeyhub Pattaya Central. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach all major spots. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff is always polite and ready to help. A special mention goes to the hotel restaurant – the food was fresh and delicious. Among all the staff, Vishanu truly stood out with his excellent service. He was always attentive, quick, and served with a warm smile, which made the dining experience even better. Overall, both the stay and dining at Journeyhub Pattaya Central were perfect. Highly recommended!

You may consider this hotel if you are on a low budget trip. Though location is remarkable, hotel is kind of budget hotel with limited food options, a very small swimming pool. even bed was offered was joint of 2 small beds instead of King size bed.

Pathetic service,no room service. I rang to ask something.Male receptionist said to ask everything in one call as they don't have any staff or anyone to send to the room. Pungent smelly room,everywhere walls have moisture.Dirty foul smell. Bathroom mai water license and insects.Moswuiotoes everywhere. One one to take the baggage to the room. Third class hotel.Will never recommend anyone. They are buying paid reviews on net. Just giving small bottle.If asked for one more bottle they are not giving water,they say it's chargeable. Who charges for water? I have stayed in more than 50- 4 star properties.Nobody asks money for water. Pathetic hotel.
