no balcony in studio twin room even though I paid for it in MAKEMYTRIP. I was offered a drink for the flaw and the reception staff bluntly told me to accept it or complain to MMT and leave. no Indian food for breakfast as promised on MMT APP. otherwise good location and good views of the sea from room. property needs some refurbishing and the beds are a bit worn out and pillows bit hard. choice of food in breakfast good other than Indian options. very spacious room with seperate area for toilet and bathtub though the shower panel was a bit small.

The balcony is very small, fitting only one or two people. Additionally, the washbasin is located inside the bedroom rather than the bathroom, and only soap was provided—not handwash. Overall, the room setup is average. Service The reception area is vibrant and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight, and the swimming pool is above average with a beautiful terrace view. Room service is prompt and well-handled. Location The location is convenient, with plenty of good dining options nearby. A McDonald’s is just a one-minute walk from the property.

They charge half day room charges while checkout as we delay only 02 hr for checkout and also on website they shows that 295 Thai Bhat for breakfast but they charge 400 .. recommend for not book this hotel

My experience in hotel very amazing .Even staff is very very good so cooperative they treat us like family member. Room is also so clean and good. Finally. I am Suggesting to every to stay in hotel at least one time when ever you are going pattaya. Thenu will how amazing is this hotel.

Hotel location is excellent, rooms, bed, wash rooms also excellent, staff also co cooperative and pleasing. Restaurant also very good but one big problem i faced the saving razor local thailand make is worst quality i have never seen so poor. That don’t cut bread hair but cut skin. I reported to front desk and their manager but she raised hands, they have this only. I suggested them to use gullet presto / or any make by gullet. They must have to change it. Otherwise i will not stay next time in this hotel if they don’t change saving razor local from local bad quality to gullet.

Not good staff. We reached at hotel at 10 am and our rooms was ready but thy take 1500 bath per room for early check inn and 100 usd dollars per room as a security deposit hotel was very fare from tourists attractions and also from indian restaurants
