Bad experience first time ever in dubai

according to the experience of staying in the hotel in dubai , this is the bad experience ever what I had , in the room bathroom door was unable to close , hygiene was also very less there , there were some smells in the bathroom , and also the flush of the toilet is not working properly, there were leak of ac in the bathroom , water drops were there , i also communicated with the reception 4 or 5 time , then I stopped , kindly take the opinion seriously from the hotel side and try to fix it

However, my recent stay at the Sun And Sands Plaza in Dubai was subpar. The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor, and the rooms were not up to the mark. The beds were torn, smelled bad, and were overpriced. I had reached out to your customer service team, but the solutions offered didn't quite address my concerns. I'm disappointed with the experience and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.

The location is very confusing and the street was on evening horrible we can’t walk with our family. On night time we can’t sleep because of the night club sound in the hotel and some girls screaming sound the AC vent sounds too much disturbing. Room was not cleaned the last who stayed there the thinks was there and cupboard all are dusty bathroom mirror was broken washbasin was broken I will never ever suggest that hotel to anyone in my life
