Horrible -Stay away

Really horrible experience , hidden charge of 35 Dhs for cleaning , lady at the counter said that we clean the room and provide clean towel -strange logic . Small room , fridge had a mold on the seal, bathroom small and dirty , grouted peels off and whatever is there is blackened, No cupboard , No place to hang clothes, No safety deposit box , paint peeling off, broken railings, No bathroom slippers . Not worth staying , by no means Four star, foul smell in the corridor . Location is good . I previously stayed and it was fine but now seems to be falling apart .

I book the big room with balcony and view of burj khalifa then when i check in the manger give me other room which’s big different and very small after i inter the room i tell them no it’s not the room i book they give me another room same i book and also even the rooms and hotel it’s big different then the photo it’s very very small and old also they but it’s 55 ft but in the real very very small and the room is old unlike the photo also manger try to give me another room not good experience i will not go there again
