Disappointing experience at the hotel burj al arab

This was my first visit to the hotel burj al arab. When i first heard about this beautiful property, i decided to stay there. When i made the reservation, i was very excited, but during my stay, i realized it was a mistake. The staff from the private dining service were very careless. I had ordered dinner and informed the front desk to have it delivered to my room, as i was visiting guests in the lobby. However, when i returned to my room and called for someone to serve the food from the trolley, nobody came on time. Moreover, the person i spoke to on the phone was very rude. During breakfast at the buffet restaurant, a female staff member asked me if i was from hyderabad, south india. She made a discriminatory remark, which was deeply hurtful and shocking. I never expected such behavior from the staff of a 5-star hotel. This incident caused me severe distress, leading to high blood pressure and heart rate. I had to visit the hospital, where i underwent an e cg and was prescribed medication. I had initially planned to spend at least 10 days exploring dubai, but due to my medical condition resulting from this incident, i had to cut my trip short and return to india. I humbly request fellow travelers who, like me, are not white, to avoid staying at this hotel to prevent experiencing similar hurt and distress. Ravikumar omprakash

The World most luxurious hotel Burj Al Arab. This word is mean full for this hotel. I have never seen this type of luxury hotel in my entire life. I liked the service especially arrival and departure, they gave me the service like a king. The room and butler service was spectacular. I will come definitely with my family again. I would like to say again, the World most luxurious hotel Burj Al Arab.

Most of the things were perfect. Even the hospitality was superb but they do not serve Indian food over there, for which I would rate the hotel 2 star out of 5. Secondly when we asked for Indian food for breakfast which took them 45 minutes to prepare, for which I would rate them 1 star out of 5.
