Worst ever stay in any hotel in life, upon check-in reception person prefer to post his transaction instead of assist us, he tell us to wait so he can do posting. No greetings at all, even he didn’t say welcome to hotel, we request him to give us room with bath tub, still he give us another room, when we reach we call him he said in rude way you didn’t mention that u need room with bathtub, after that he change our room, thanks for that. The security person who came to give us keys he was looking at us with anger, give us keys and didn’t say anything just give us direction to go there, his 1 hand was in his pocket, to much attitude. Zero customer service. I wish hotel will review cctv and get to know. He upgrade our room to junior suite thanks for that but zero customer service. Upon check out no one ask us how was the stay, lady was on call and just took keys and said thanks. You guys should ask upon checkout so we don’t need to write here. Management should review the cctv and should take proper action. About breakfast it was only limited items but thanks to mr. Simon who assist my husband and arrange paratha, but there was lady wearing blazer was unprofessional when my husband try to ask her something she ignore and meanwhile mr. Simon came to assist, i don’t know what kind of attitude she was showing, even she can not listen? zero customer service to her. This is what we face while staying and we hope it will not happen with anyone else, management should review cctv and take proper action.
