Cleaning staff threw away my shoe bags which were part of my luggage.they claim it was empty so it was thrown away. I am happy that I didn't keep my luggage bags empty else they would have disposed them too.😬😃

Excellent location, superb view, and outstanding cleanliness. Very friendly and helping staff. I booked one premium studio, but the receiption Mr. Usman upgraded it to Super Premium 1BHK apartment complementary, and it was an excellent apartment with an amazing view of Lake and tram 10/10

Good stay , we got free upgrade special thanks to receptionist lady .sorry forgot her name.Hotel was decorated rooms were clean.Breakfast spread is fine.One thing I found bizzare was I asked for water bottle, which was not send later midnight I reminded again at 12 I got bottles but we're asked to pay midnight. Felt bizzare it would be comfortable for guests if those minors amounts can be collected at check out time.Bcoz we already pay 500 dirhams security deposit. Apart from that hiccup every thing was smooth.Special thanks to all the staff

Pathetic experience. Firstly they didn't allocate the same category room which i booked, i had to spend 1 night in normal room where i paid for premium balcony room. The check-in experience was very disturbing. And then they will charge you randomly for the already non-functional thing on your checkout. Secondly, rooms balconies are very noisy because of the highway traffic nearby
