Though the property is beautifully designed with an amazing architectural view but the staff working there is not efficient and their electronic system is bad, I had to visit reception 3 times a day to request for the key as everytime it stopped working. View is beautiful but as soon I opened the balcony door the AC stopped working 😑and it was too hot to even stand for 2 mins in balcony for anytime of the day. Reception staff just try and keep trying to sell other different packages which is again a irritating point SPA access was a nice experience. The Indian restraunt food & staff is good. AND YES, pls keep atleast 30 mins for check in or check out even if the staff is handling only 2 customers that moment, they are tooo slow or not knowledgeable enough to handle customers.

It’s a good place. However there is a need to setup lock system at the washroom. And need a taxi service from the JUMEIRAH ZABEEL SARAY DUBAI. People have to wait to get a taxi. I would rate this place 5 star.

It was my anniversary and the JUMEIRAH ZABEEL SARAY DUBAI try the best to let us enjoy. They got 2 cake for us and macarons.what ever I needed was here in 5 minutes. The butler was very helpful.
