The location is perfect. Right on the banks of the creek. Morning/evening walks on the promenade is itself refreshing. Also the Baniyas street Metro station is walking distance away, so are bus stations. Also Gold souk is very nearby, and old souk just a boat ride away. Staff are very warm and helpful. Breakfast had many options, with some variety introduced every day. We also used the gym and swimming pool. Overall a wonderful experience. Would easily recommend to friends and family.

had stayed for 12 days five six days people (staff ) were very helpful but then when we started booking the rooms by our own they changed their behaviour sometimes the rooms ac not working few of the house keeping guys not helpful. it's a mix kind of service we have noticed sometimes good some time very terrible

The location of this hotel is very amazing. One can see dubai creek from the window, burj khalifa and other tall buildings. The best thing is that this location is very well connected with the boat to go to bur dubai etc or can board metro from the baniyas square metron station, which is just a walk away. Good location, near to metro. But the front Best Western Plus Pearl Creek staff don’t provide local information much. Also hot water was an issue in rooms. Stops hot water after few min.
