Good Stay
The room was amazing. Breakfast lacked variety. Customer service was a mixed bag. One receptionist was really kind but the other one was indifferent. Unfortunately I can't recall either of their names.

Excellent stay
Good location with access to waterfront walk towards Clarke Quay and Park with varieties of restaurants! Good Breakfast with lot of choices. Staff are cordial and good amenities around. Spacious Room with lot of amenities.

It was a nice stay
Location is central. There is Havelock metro nearby for commuting. Amenities are quite good. Room that I stayed in was spacious. The room tariffs are somewhat high

Stay was good. They also gave us a complimentary upgrade. So thanks for that. But one feedback from us is on drinking water was not available conveniently. We had to put in a request for refill or go one floor below our room to fill it

The hotel room was good, veg options in breakfast were very limited and not upto mark. The cleaning service charged us for extra 300 dollars which later when spoken to nighttime manager got cancelled.

Not upto the 5 star hotel service
The hotel stay not up to the 5 star hotel rating it’s min budget hotel category, doesn’t provide min amenities unless we ask like hand towels, door mats etc. Moreover the room was not ready when we reach hotel at 6 pm.

The hospitality provided by a 5 star hotel was not upto the mark. They were full but then if you are taking bookings, you should ensure the guest services are taken care of. The front desk executive was merely just doing a favor by checking us in. For everything you ask, they say no. We paid for an early check in and they downgraded our room

Fantastic family stay eith accomodating staff
Polite and accommodating staff, good buffet, well-connected location wrt to the havelock mart station and bus stop close by. Situated right next to singapore river with a long boulevard dotted with friendly eateries and bicycle rentals. The views outside the room at night were nice. My family and i were very comfortable the the hotel and felt very relaxed in the at the end of a hectic day. After hopping around mart stations and walking several kilometers a day, we would arrive at our hotel room, let open the curtains and relax with a cup of coffee looking at the singapore skyline.

Great hotel at such price point
The hotel is situated in the heart of city and has great view. Breakfast spread is great. The hotel has 3 restaurants inside one of which is indian. Hotel also has a play area. Rooms are big and comfortable and have water tap inside. Mrt station is available at walking distance. The only area where hotel can make improvements is the area of checkin where the attendants can be made more humble and polite and if there are any upgrades available should be made. Over all i had a great experience here. I will recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

Not upto the standard
Hotel was ok. It is not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. Room service was good but even if we don't request room cleaning, they clean up the room at their own timing in our absence. Food was most terrible part, they repeat the same menu everyday with a very minimum spread. I am from india and they have 2 breakfast options one being idly in common and other being parathas or poha. Not many options either in veg or non-veg options. Every day they have hashbrowns and gourmet options are all same everyday. Waffles are very cold and hard to chew. Very disappointed with the breakfast options. Luggage service is also not upto the standard. They only get the luggage from room to lobby and we are on our own to get the luggage to the car. Did not feel quite good after spending so many bucks.
