I was travelling with my wife and 18month old son. Had booked a room with king size bed. The rooms are big and spacious. The hotel was very close to the airport. MRT station was right in front. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The breakfast spread was huge but had limited Indian options. There are many Indian restaurants on the road behind the hotel. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is located right in front of marine parade mart which was super convenient. Also we really liked location, away from bustling city centre and crowd. Close proximity to temple and india restaurant (just behind the hotel block) was big plus and a life saver, since i was traveling with a 3 yr old kid who's used only indian food especially south indian. Room was clean and comfy, though i would have preferred a bigger room size for cost. I was not sure if it was just our room or all the rooms in the category. I wanted to change upgrade the room, but since we were out most of the time didn't really bother about it later. Another bummer is the standard check in time which is 3pm, though they managed to get us checked in at 12pm based on room availability. Expect some waiting time if you arrive early. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The overall stay was average - there were stains on the bedsheet, when asked for cutlery in the room they shared flimsy plastic plates and charged heavily for it. The breakfast was average and most items were stocked out during later hours of breakfast. Housekeeping at breakfast area was average. The location is on the backside of the main commercial street so not convenient for shopping but it’s right opposite the metro station so convenient for taking public transport. Reception staff was courteous but room housekeeping staff was curt. Overall pretty average experience for the high price paid.

Great location!

Hotel is located right in front of marine parade mart which was super convenient. Also we really liked location, away from bustling city centre and crowd. Close proximity to temple and india restaurant (just behind the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy block) was big plus and a life saver, since i was traveling with a 3 yr old kid who's used only indian food especially south indian. Room was clean and comfy, though i would have preferred a bigger room size for cost. I was not sure if it was just our room or all the rooms in the category. I wanted to change upgrade the room, but since we were out most of the time didn't really bother about it later. Another bummer is the standard check in time which is 3pm, though they managed to get us checked in at 12pm based on room availability. Expect some waiting time if you arrive early. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very nice and comfortable stay at the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. Best room size in singapore comparative to other Grand Mercure Singapore Roxys. Very cooperative Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy staff. Location is also superb, very near to beach, east coast park. Metro & bus connectivity just opposite to Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy in walking distance. Indian vegetarian food places are also very nearby. Good roadside bars and restaurants are also very near. Overall a very nice experience.

I was travelling with my wife and 18month old son. Had booked a room with king size bed. The rooms are big and spacious. The Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy was very close to the airport. MRT station was right in front. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The breakfast spread was huge but had limited Indian options. There are many Indian restaurants on the road behind the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

The property is located nicely, close by to the East Coast beach with good food options nearby, and a metro station right in front of the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy, making travel very easy. The rooms were nice and clean and overall it was a good stay experience.
