The rooms are extremely tiny moreover there us no human being to communicate so if one is not very techno savvy its very difficult and what they fint tell you us bo house keeping even if you are there gor a week. There vending machine is a money eating machine that never returns the balance. For any request we have the only response is we will get back to you.so overall terrible experience

The only good thing about this place was its location — and that's about it. It's a self check-in hotel,check in process takes lot of your time and for every small issue, we had to go down to speak with someone online. The rooms are quite small, and there's no staff readily available on-site in case of any problems. There’s a serious lack of security and maintenance. The air conditioning in both the rooms and the lobby wasn't working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would not recommend it.

No one is there at the reception.There's no room service over there.I don't seem to be able to call the make my trip . MakeMyTrip told us to check in at 2:00 pm, while they gave us check-in at 3:00 pm.
