The best hotel in Hong Kong. I guess that was the best stay of my life and the best swimming pool. The best facilities and a very comparative rates with three star hotels available in Hong Kong. Also, the room size is really really bigger than what average size in Hong Kong.

It was a great stay at hyatt centric, north point. Metro station & bus stop is within 300 m makes it absolutely accessible to reach various places. Even tram station is nearby. Not much crowded compared to other areas.

Rooms are very small and staff is not proactive, i had to take my luggage by myself. Unless you tell them, they do not take your luggage. They just show you the way to lobby, reception etc.

Although our experience was good but there were certain things which made it worse. 1. No more water bottle after 2 bottles - atleast have the courtesy of not charging for it at 10 pm in a room where we have a small infant. 2. Location is good but there was construction going on just outside the hotel. Should be updated in the details. 3. 250 dollars for a breakfast per person is too much. You are forcing people to go to starbucks or outside for breakfast

Overall stay was good and the hotel is in a beautiful location near the harbour. The breakfast menu options are also good. My only concern was the room sizes are too small especially if you are with kid. Besides that everything was great.

location is convenient but away from major tourist places . MTR , bus connectivity is easy.buffet breakfast range is good. staff can be much more helpful in their interaction, they are decent but very curt in replies so one doesn't feel welcome. Indian food options are limited in the area. Harbour view deluxe room has good view. anything in housekeeping is mostly charged as per policy e.g. anything above two complimentary water bottles. Overall decent stay. but for communicating different room to the hotel than the one booked ( causes delay at check in and have to give extra money for getting the room booked which is saying they will reimburse later).hotel staff handling of this issue was way below expectation.
