Enjoyed our stay here. We booked the Harbour view room and absolutely enjoyed the views. The hotel staff were very attentive and courteous. We had dinner at the roof top restaurant Cruise one of the days and were pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food and drinks. We've decided to stay more often at Hyatt properties after this experience.

The best hotel in Hong Kong. I guess that was the best stay of my life and the best swimming pool. The best facilities and a very comparative rates with three star hotels available in Hong Kong. Also, the room size is really really bigger than what average size in Hong Kong.

It was a great stay at hyatt centric, north point. Metro station & bus stop is within 300 m makes it absolutely accessible to reach various places. Even tram station is nearby. Not much crowded compared to other areas.

Although our experience was good but there were certain things which made it worse. 1. No more water bottle after 2 bottles - atleast have the courtesy of not charging for it at 10 pm in a room where we have a small infant. 2. Location is good but there was construction going on just outside the hotel. Should be updated in the details. 3. 250 dollars for a breakfast per person is too much. You are forcing people to go to starbucks or outside for breakfast

Overall stay was good and the hotel is in a beautiful location near the harbour. The breakfast menu options are also good. My only concern was the room sizes are too small especially if you are with kid. Besides that everything was great.
