The hotel is at a very nice location and has a taxi stand nearby. All amenities are well thought of and one would not want anything other than their clothes. There are even chargers and muli usb charging points for all types of phones. The writing desk is spacious. The toiletries of good quality

Excellent hotel but lacks hospitality

We stayed for four nights with family. The hotels connectivity is near perfect. There is bus terminus, metro MTR station and taxi stand in shouting distance. The hotel staff will also assist in getting cabs. The views from the rooms are grand. Even though we found, from booking portals, including hotels own, that there are room vacancies they refused us even 1 or of late check-out. I found a fairly large crowd at 12 noon. So I suppose, they applied the rule to everyone. The breakfast spread, even if slightly pricey, is good with some indian food choices as well.

Location is convenient with indian restaurants and Tim Tsa Tsu metro convenient. Had wonderful stay. Gym and spa were quite good. However, Spa of Manila Sangrila was excellent. Not enough varieties for vegetarians.
Very nice spacious room on the 20th floor.
